REGISTRATION POLICIES
Please make note of our registration policies, by registering for the Mammoth Gran Fondo or the California Pass Challenge you have agreed to these policies.
CANCELLATIONS + REFUNDS
The Mammoth Gran Fondo does not permit refunds - this also includes the California Pass Challenge.
EnMotive does offer a “Registration Protection Plan” that can be purchased at the time of registration that offers coverage for a number of circumstances that could arise that might prevent you from participating. That policy is offered by EnMotive and any questions regarding it should be directed to their staff.
TRANSFERS
Transfers can be managed within your EnMotive registration account
Transfers must be completed before registration closes.
Transfers after registration closes will need to be arranged in-person at packet pick-up.
California Pass Challenge - the transfer must be requested before the Tour de Big Bear and your transfer to another rider would be for the registration at both events - you cannot split up the events from the California Pass Challenge package.
Transfers = $20 per rider
DEFERMENTS
Deferments can be managed within your EnMotive account and are available for the next year’s event about two months before the current year’s event.
Deferments must be processed before race day to qualify - late requests will not be processed.
California Pass Challenge - you must complete your deferment before the Tour de Big Bear in order to qualify and there is no partial deferment - the California Pass Challenge is a package deal that includes both registrations, it cannot be split up.
Deferments = $40 per rider
