Take the challenge this summer and ride two of California's most spectacular bike rides - The Tour de Big Bear & Mammoth Gran Fondo!
The California Pass Challenge is a package deal that includes your registration for the Tour de Big Bear in August and Mammoth Gran Fondo in September. Participants who conquer both rides will receive an exclusive California Pass Challenge cycling jersey and unique race plates.
2025 California Pass Challenge:
Tour de Big Bear - Saturday, August 2, 2025
Mammoth Gran Fondo - Saturday, September 6, 2025
Pricing:
$265 - includes both event entries, unique race plates, and an exclusive California Pass Challenge jersey

Registration for the 2025 California Pass Challenge will close at midnight on July 28, 2025
REGISTRATION DETAILS
We manage our registration through EnMotive - accounts are very easy to set-up and use.
All registrations through the EnMotive platform will have a 7% fee added to cover platform and credit card processing fees. These fees are shown from the start as part of EnMotives “All-In Pricing”.
By registering for the California Pass Challenge, you agree to all policies stated on the Registration Policies page.
CALIFORNIA PASS CHALLENGE JERSEY
All registrants of the California Pass Challenge will receive an exclusive cycling jersey as part of your registration fee!
The jerseys are made by Athlos and we chose the Breakaway jersey for men and women to provide you with a quality piece of kit that you will enjoy using for years to come.
Please be sure to check out the Athlos sizing guide - both jerseys are offered from XS to 3XL.
PLEASE NOTE:
Riders that register before June 6, 2025 will have their jersey shipped to them before the Tour de Big Bear.
Riders that register before July 11, 2025 will have their jersey shipped to them before the Mammoth Gran Fondo.
Riders that register after July 11, 2025 will have their jersey shipped to them 6-8 weeks after the Mammoth Gran Fondo.

Cycling enthusiasts will enjoy a spectacular mountain ride in cool mountain air during the blazing heat of summer! Outstanding signage with law enforcement at all major intersections. With the thin mountain air, you will enjoy LEGENDARY AID STATIONS for hydration and refueling. Feeling competitive? 70 and 100 milers automatically entered into “King/Queen of the Mountain” with 7 mile climb to the top of Onyx Summit for cash and prizes. Whether you select the 25, 50, 70 or 100 mile stages, you will be treated to some of the most spectacular cycling scenery in Southern California!
